It’s that time of year again when the trade magazines ask representatives from across the industry for their predictions of the year ahead.
My thoughts are actually really positive. Winning the Component Supplier of the Year award at the G-17s has given everyone here at Mila a tremendous boost, largely because it feels like a real endorsement of how hard we work to deliver a great service to all our customers.
Of course, 2018 will bring challenges, not just from Brexit, but from the rising commodity prices which have been an issue for the whole hardware sector throughout 2017.
But, I think Mila’s unwavering commitment to delivering consistent quality and reliable, efficient service will stand us in very good stead. I hear growing discontent from across the market about suppliers who simply don’t live up to expectations and who don’t seem to appreciate their customers, and Mila is the complete antidote to that.
We have shown year after year that we value every customer and offer good, better and best product ranges so that fabricators at every level of the market can afford to buy from us. We’ll be launching more exciting new product ranges next year, and we’ll also have some useful service innovations to announce to help customers make the most of our UKAS accredited test centre.
Mila will be closing for our annual Christmas break on Friday 22nd and reopening on Tuesday 2nd December, refreshed and ready for 2018, so I’d like to take this opportunity to wish all the regular readers of my blog a truly relaxing Festive season and a happy, healthy and successful New Year.
