Mila HQ is located in Daventry, Northamptonshire, and is home to over 100 hardware-loving people. Based in modern offices with a 60,000 sqft warehouse, our teams across the business use modern equipment and technologies to design new hardware, enhance existing products, improve our processes, think of new ways to delight our customers and deliver great service, as well as plan for the future and think of the next big thing in hardware.

You’ll find a bunch of passionate people in every department – skilled in their area of expertise, committed to working together with a shared love for window and door hardware. In fact, we are proud that over a 1/3 of our team has been with us for more than 10 years, some more than 25, 30 and even 35 years. The well-being of our team is vital & we’re all committed to providing a safe working environment for each other. For these reasons, we can truly call ourselves a family.

Over the years we’ve picked up a number of accolades at the prestigous G Awards which recognises expertise across the fenestration sector including 3 times Components Supplier of the Year and two times Promotional Campaign of the Year, as well as finalists for new product of the year and customer care initiative of the year. We also won the award for most effective use of digital marketing at the FIT in 2016 and was shortlisted in New Product of the year at the recent Plastic Awards.

We Believe in Balance
Our working hours are 8.30am ’til 5pm Monday to Thursday and finishing at 4.30pm on a Friday is a nice way to end the week. We offer 25 days holiday per year which includes a shutdown over the Christmas period to really switch off and recharge your batteries. Last but not least, there’s always tea, coffee and often a biscuit or two on offer here as well.
