Having been named the Component Supplier of the Year at the G-17s in November, everyone at Mila is feeling very positive about 2018.
Of course there will be challenges – not just from Brexit, but from the rising commodity prices which were an issue for the whole hardware sector throughout 2017.
However, I think fabricators are increasingly seeking out the kind of consistent quality and reliable efficient service which sets Mila apart from the rest. There’s growing discontent in the market about suppliers who simply don’t live up to expectations and who don’t seem to value their customers.
We offer a real alternative to that with good, better and best ranges which mean that fabricators at every level of the market can afford to buy from Mila and benefit from our award winning offering. We will be pushing ahead with our product development programme throughout 2018 and we will have a series of new service initiatives designed to help customers get the most from our UKAS accredited test centre.
