Mila makes further investments in digital marketing

Charly Venn has joined Mila’s award winning marketing team to head up its digital activity.

A creative advertising graduate with several years’ commercial experience, Charly is using her skills in both online marketing and social media to help Mila engage directly with customers, suppliers, colleagues and market influencers. She is also offering support to Mila customers who want expert advice on using digital marketing for themselves.

Having won the last two G-Awards for trade marketing, along with the 2016 FIT Show award for best use of digital and social media, Mila already has a successful online marketing presence. However, Charly’s appointment is an indication of just how quickly the industry is changing and the urgent need to embrace the new opportunities and new 24/7 demands which digital marketing presents.

She is already having an impact at Mila, with a significant rise not just in the number of followers Mila has across the various social media platforms but also in the number of valuable customer engagements.

Charly’s appointment is a key part of the company’s efforts to focus on the whole customer experience, so that buyers or potential buyers can be guaranteed celebrity levels of customer service however and whenever they contact Mila.
