Welcome back to 2019 – I hope everyone had an enjoyable Christmas break and, like me, is heading into January rested and rejuvenated and ready to take on the opportunities as well as the challenges which lie ahead.
As ever, our aim is to help our customers squeeze as much as they can from the market, so you can expect to see a real focus from Mila on value and affordability, without us ever losing sight of the quality and service which has always set us apart from the rest.
Until we get some real certainty on Brexit, it looks likely that market conditions will remain fairly subdued. When things are tough though, there’s plenty of evidence to show that it’s those companies that invest in product development and marketing that do best, and there’ll be plenty of both to come from Mila throughout 2019.
We’ve got lots of exciting things planned for you – from new products to new customer support campaigns, and we’ll be revealing details of the first of those very shortly.
On a personal note, I’ll be taking on another of the epic GM Fundraising cycle rides in June – riding through 10 countries in 12 days in an event branded ‘From Russia with Hope’. This is set to be the last of these sponsored rides and I know everyone taking part is determined to make it the best ever, so look out for the sponsorship appeals coming soon!
