Sales Office Manager
Lee leads our sales office team. He has over 20 years of sales experience, is passionate about team development and enjoys the daily buzz of the sales office. High service levels and accuracy are always his priority.
He’s a dapper dresser – although he has been known to sport an earring way back when… ahem.
Hayley Fennell
Sales Office Representative
Hayley is one heck of a customer champion and is one of the nicest people we know. She loves the family atmosphere at Mila and comes to work with her husband each day because he works here too. She enjoys National Trust walks, picnics with her family, is a huge Harry Potter fan, a self-confessed gaming geek, plays the guitar – mainly Metallica and metal – enjoys a glass of Pimms in the summer and intends to wear colourful footwear forever. Yeeesssss!
Becky-Lou Sanderson

A decade in our sales team and counting, Becky-Lou loves everything Mila more than ever including the camaraderie of the team and the friendships she has built with her customers. Her hardware of choice is our ProSecure range – clever and stylish. She’s bubbly, never short of something to say and even met her husband at Mila HQ 8 years ago. (Ah, we love a Mila love story!)
Charlotte Goodall
Sales Office Representative
Originally a Yorkshire lass, Charlotte looks after our customers in the North and has been with team Mila for nearly a year. Already she loves the variety that the world of hardware brings! Clever hardware floats her boat – our Smart Spindle espag handle being her favourite. When she’s not processing hardware orders, you’ll find her going to Cricket and Rugby matches or listening to One Direction (…and who doesn’t love a bit of 1D?!)

8 years in the Mila family, Jen is all about the detail. She’s accurate, efficient, is super-reliable and just gets things done. A former county swimmer, now her time outside of work is spent holidaying with her husband and young son Barney. She loves a bi-fold door – and a glass of prosecco for Fizz Friday, naturally. We’re with you Jen!

Denise is Mila through-and-through and has served with our sales team for a momentous 31 years! Denise is part of our key accounts team and understands the importance of customers’ bespoke requirements. She looks after complex orders to ensure customers receive the hardware they need, exactly when and how they need it. Over the last 3 decades Denise has seen some changes but the thing which she values the most has remained unchanged – teamwork.
Andy Haynes
Technical Sales Guru
Our longest serving member of the sales team Andy has clocked up a whopping 32 years at Mila! He’s our technical guru with a mind-boggling historical knowledge of hardware and profile system combinations. He shares his knowledge through team training sessions and if there is ever a puzzle to be solved, you can bet your bottom dollar that Andy will have the answer. Outside of the office he’s a keen wildlife photographer and his photos have appeared in the press and even on TV. Andy, we salute you.
