Julie Holmes
National Sales Manager
Julie’s hands on approach and hard work ethic has excelled her into the new position of National Sales Manager. This lady is super cool, super organised, super reliable and by golly does she love a detailed spreadsheet. A real customer champion, Julie is super-skilled in looking after the intricate requirements of our largest customers as well as managing our friendly field sales team.
She’s a proper Yorkshire lass and loves hiking, walking and camping in the Dales with her husband and puppy, Red. Yellowstone national park is her next hiking destination and she’s got her sights set on the iconic Half Dome mountain in California’s Yosemite national park too. Wowee, we’re out of breath already Julie!
Dave Horton
Key Accounts Manager
Dave has dedicated 35 years of his career to Mila. He’s the longest serving member of the sales team and our 3rd longest serving member of staff. Dave travels the country, including the highlands and islands, looking after the complexities of some of the UK’s largest fabricators. Trusted by colleagues and customers alike, he’s got a great memory for historical hardware and systems, and always gives honest recommendations for todays market demands.
Dave is a life-long Baggies fan, swims daily, plays squash, walking football, a bit of golf and has a penchant for door hinge cufflinks… ahem.
Phil Brown
Field Sales Representative
The man with the biggest smile, that’s our Phil. And what’s not to smile about – 16 years selling Mila hardware in the field. Yes Phil! We love his genuine, friendly and approachable manner – and we’re certain our customers do too.
When he’s off duty, his loves are his 3 kids, his wife and Man City …though not necessarily in that order! As you’d imagine, Phil likes driving so a road trip across the states is on his ‘to do’ list (…maybe with some hardware in the boot Phil?!)
Karen Paskin
Field Sales Representative
Karen just loves to talk to our customers! She’s a great listener too which means she can provide the exact hardware or service solution to meet our customers needs and she’s relentless in delivering a first-class brand experience, every time.
Karen dedicates her time outside of work to a community group which she runs to improve her local area in Birmingham, raising money to revamp parks and even to build a sensory garden for people with autism, dementia and learning difficulties.
Stephen Bettley
Field Sales Representative
Stephen is meticulously polished – just like our hardware. Always on his ‘A’ game, precision, accuracy and attention to detail are his bag. A Northerner born and bred, he’s not afraid of a bit hard graft and is happiest when he’s fitting hardware on the factory floor with our customers.
Stephen’s a sporty chap, so at the weekends you’ll find him playing football or golf. He even jumped out of a plane once at 15,000ft. A self confessed foodie, Stephen is particularly partial to a good curry. We’re with you on that Stephen!
Ben Dean
Field Sales Representative
Our man with a very deep voice! Ben used to fit hardware, now he sells it. His fabricating background means that he has the perfect mix of product knowledge and practical insight to deliver the right hardware to suit our customers – and he loves any opportunity to get hands-on with a hardware demo.
Ben loves the colour red (natch…) and on his bucket list is to travel to Bunol, near to Valencia, in Spain to take part in La Tomatina which is the worlds biggest food fight festival with over-ripe tomatoes! Ooo er!
