Solidor was the first composite door manufacturer to switch to Mila’s new ProStyle range of coordinated hardware in October 2010 and, one year on, is reporting increased sales and positive feedback from customers.

The handles and letterboxes are suited with the same design lines and the same perfectly matching range of finishes so that they appeal to design conscious consumers.

Gareth Mobley, Managing Director of Solidor, said:  “For the second year in a row, Solidor has doubled output and Mila has certainly played its part in making that happen.

“Our trade customers have responded really well to the introduction of the range and have reported very positive feedback from consumers who like the coordinated and luxurious appearance – particularly on the brushed satin chrome finish.”

With much of Solidor’s competitive advantage being built around its ability to deliver the most USPs in the industry, the many features and benefits of the ProStyle range have helped to reinforce that message.

For example, the ProStyle range includes handles with a common backplate and a choice of three interchangeable lever designs and two sizes of letterbox which have a neatly concealed flap operating mechanism.

The letterbox is even supplied with Mila’s own TechTape innovation which protects the surface from scratching or finger marks until the installation is complete and shows care instruction for the householder.

Gareth adds:  “Mila’s attention to detail in product design, combined with its outstanding delivery and service record, has been impressive and the company is now an important part of our supplier network.”

Mila’s ProStyle fully suited hardware range is available in white, gold, black, satin, smokey and polished chrome finishes, all of which are supplied with OTIF (On Time in Full) delivery levels of 99.59%.
