I like to think that my blog is a popular section on the Mila website - and certainly some weeks it gets more hits than any other page.

Last week though, things were off the scale with my post reassuring fabricators that Mila is still supplying the full range of products from Siegenia receiving more than 1000 hits.

News had just reached the market that Siegenia had ended its relationship with one of our biggest competitors and understandably many fabricators were anxious to find out the implications of the change for them.

From my perspective, the huge response demonstrated just how important it is for fabricators and installers to know that they've a robust and reliable supply chain in place.  They simply can’t afford to be let down.

Mila has invested hugely in recent years in the logistical side of our operation so that we've the systems and resources to offer guaranteed next day delivery not only on our own Mila branded products but also on products from our key suppliers which include Paddock, KFV and Cotswold as well as Siegenia Aubi.

We also have the funding necessary to be able to hold sufficient stock of all these products which is equally important.

Our commitment to Siegenia, to our customers and to the market as a whole is unchanged – we won’t let you down.
