News that Siegenia-Aubi Ltd is to stop supplying its products via one of our biggest competitors has caused quite a stir this week and has understandably unsettled a number of fabricators who rely on many of the highly specialised products from the leading German manufacturer.

I hope then that I can reassure all of these Siegenia-Aubi customers that Mila Hardware remains Siegenia’s preferred distributor in the UK and that we will continue to provide the level of stockholding and service which they rightly expect.

In fact, we are investing in more stock to meet the anticipated demand from customers who were previously buying from elsewhere, and hope perhaps that we can use this opportunity to give them a taste of our world-class customer service and guaranteed next day delivery.

Mila has been supplying Siegenia products since we were established in the UK in 1980 and during those 30 years have we have established an enviably strong and successful partnership.

Our commitment to Siegenia is unchanged and we are convinced that our strategy of distributing their specialist products alongside our own Mila range remains the right one - not just for us but for the marketplace as a whole.
