Firstly, I’d like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous New Year.

I’ve been posting my thoughts here for a year now and looking back over previous entries it’s probably been a pretty accurate documentation of the ups and downs we’ve all been through and the diversions which’ve caught my eye along the way.

I’ve had some great feedback and our in-house web team tell me that the blog is one of the most popular sections (3rd I understand!) on the website so I’ll keep going during 2010.  My only disappointment though is the lack of comments I receive on the blog itself - I can’t believe that everyone agrees with me all the time so I’d genuinely welcome some entries into the response box!

Whilst I’m very keen to ‘chillax’ (?!) for a few days over Christmas, I’m also very excited about what we’re planning for 2010.  There’ll be lots of new products in the first quarter and a new initiative which’ll see our Test Centre become a brand in its own right bringing some much needed commercial dynamism to the world of testing and assessment. Keep an eye on the Mila Test Centre website for more info.

With some very positive signs of a recovery next year, we’ve also started a recruitment campaign hoping to attract some more bright new talent to Mila.  Our recruitment ads are already appearing on The Glazine and I’m hopeful that I’ll be able to start 2010 by announcing the appointment of new members of the team - take a look at our careers page and see what else the talented Mila team are getting involved.
