Never let it be said that Mila doesn’t look after its staff.  Last Friday, we offered our whole team seasonal flu jabs to try to ensure that they don’t get struck down by flu over the winter.

Most people were brave enough to submit to the jab, me included - take a look below.

It makes good business sense to help keep us all fit and healthy but after so many of the team and their famillies were ill with flu over the Christmas holiday last year I wanted to make sure that this year we'd all get to enjoy a well earned festive break.

As I've said on my blog many times before, the team here and in Barnsley have worked extremely hard throughout the recession and have been a key factor in keeping us ahead of the competition.

We've just completed an independent staff satisfaction survey to see how our staff feel about the business. The findings are still being analysed but hopefully it'll help us to identify and work together towards further improvements next year.

A flu jab may not seem like the best reward right now but I’m sure we’ll all be thankful come December.
