Payment - should you require a credit agreement
we will arrange this for you, subject to status
and relevant documentation, or you can pay for goods
by cheque, credit card or debit card
Samples - Should you
need to try our goods or explain to one of your customers
the many benefits of our products
we will arrange for samples to be sent to you
(within a price range). You will then be able to
see the quality and get the feel of our many products.
Delivery - We will
normally deliver your order within 3 working days
of receiving it, but should you have an
important request we will try our upmost
to deliver the next day.
Product Support Literature - We have many
leaflets for the most popular products and naturally
we can supply you with technical drawings for most
hardware.
Technical Back-Up -
As well as MILA sales staff being technically advanced
our experienced and
professional technicians are available
for the more complex problems. They will also visit
your premises if you are fabricating a particular
product for the first time.

which, we believe, is the most comprehensive online
guide to hardware selection. The site features recommended
hardware for casements, residential doors and tilt
and turn windows to suit all major profile systems.
The site contains pages of technical
information and dimensional drawings all of which
may be downloaded or printed. The information can
be
accessed online 24 hours a day,
365 days a year.All of this information is also available
in interactive CD-ROM format - THE
KEY CD.
