Training Our People For Our Customers
MILA knows that a continuous training and review
programme is imperative to the industry and vital
in keeping our people up-to-date with the marketplace
and, most importantly the needs of our customers.
MILA
realise that product knowledge and expertise
are hugely important, and we pride ourselves on
the vast amount of knowledge held by our sales
staff, most of whom have been with MILA over 10 years.
We
also realise the importance of After-Sales Service
training - our training programmes start with an
in-depth induction course and graduates to Refresher
and New Product programmes. As an Investors In
People company we are committed to excellence in
our staff
which is reflected in our high levels of service
and advice. Caring For Our Customers
MILA has a strong and experienced team to look
after you. We pride ourselves on the stability
and longevity of our staff. Many of our staff have
seen the ups (and downs) of the hardware market and
are fully conversant with your business.
Our 40 strong team of highly trained and professional
sales people is divided into 14 geographical
areas and are not just there to take your orders
but are here to help. This means that wherever you
are in the country (or in the world, as our export
business has grown to include such far flung
climes as: Chile, Cyprus, Russia and Mauritius!)
you have at least four very experienced people to
look after all your needs - one to see face-to-face,
two to help you with prices, technical advice
and to process your orders and one to help you with
any after sales service queries.
